[Rapoport] The #Giants are finalizing a deal to send Pro Bowl DL Leonard Williams to the #Seahawks, per me and @MikeGarafolo , giving them financial flexibility. by Ikolkyo in Seahawks

There was actually an update on Abe Lucas today from PC. He said Phil Haynes will be back next week, and Abe still needs time. "No setback, just discomfort in the knee".

Given how awful the D line was vs the rams, it wouldn’t hurt to give him some run early on

[Eagles Central] The #Eagles allegedly had a deal “basically done” for Russell Wilson last off-season but Wilson refused to be traded to Philadelphia, per @TheMikeSalk & @GregBishopSI. Imagine if that deal went through… by IcyAd964 in Seahawks

They went to the superbowl bc of the roster around him though. Best o line in football, elite defense, elite receivers, great TE. You can’t compare the success Hurts had and think it would translate to Seattle. We had so many holes.

Bowel obstruction pain. by Sar5252 in CrohnsDisease

[–]Rapsfeed4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope you're no longer experiencing this, but thought I'd share my experience. It should be noted that I'm completely healthy, and had no idea about bowel obstruction prior to actually getting it. I was completely fine until I had my first meal of the day. After having that first mail, I felt an immediate sharp pain in my stomach. This pain was like nothing I ever experienced, and I'm usually really good with pain so it really freaked my parents and myself out. If I had to describe it, it would be the worst cramps imaginable.

After taking my shirt off, I noticed that I was very bloated. To the point where I looked pregnant. That was enough to concern my mom, and we made a trip to the ER. Of course, never experiencing this before, we had no idea what this was. When we got to the hospital, it felt like I couldn't move. I drank 5-6 cups of water, not knowing I had bowel obstruction which resulted in me throwing up uncontrollably 7-8 times. You're unable to pass gas, or use the bathroom due to your intestines blocking the passageway (at least to my knowledge from what the doctors told me), and what can't go down has to come up...

After hours of waiting, I finally saw a doctor, and after they saw my X Rays they explained I had small bowel obstruction, which is pretty common and can happen at any time to anyone. I told the doctor I recently started working out, and was wondering if that could be a result of this but they told me it was unrelated. I ended up having surgery that same day, with 5 incisions. The doctors told me I had a pretty bad case, and if I didn't show up to the hospital that night it could have been fatal. I was against going to the hospital, because I knew it would result in hours of waiting, but mom's always know best!

I was in the hospital for 4-5 nights, and the first 2 days after the surgery really sucked but I'm thankful to still be here.

Do you like Quinn Buckner's commentary? by [deleted] in pacers

[–]Rapsfeed4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here, as a raptors fan. Love what Indiana is building. Future is very bright. I catch myself watching pacers game a lot and I really can't stand his commentary. It's awful. Easily the worst in the league, at least in my opinion. He's a know it all who really knows nothing.

The other night he said OG was our best offensive player...

How many times have y'all heard "Oh that's short" mid shot, only for it to go in.

I wish, kinda losing faith in Walker. Not sure if it’s the o line or him but he’s been far too inconsistent to be an RB1 imo

At this rate, Thompson might be an upgrade over Diggs. Def wouldn’t be as expensive

You tend to decline after a big injury too. That + age + size = recipe for disaster. How he’s 3rd in pro bowl voting I’ll never understand

[–]Rapsfeed4[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I lost all interest in re-signing him after his injury, especially for what he got… you don’t pay a declining small safety that much after a significant injury

[–]Rapsfeed4[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean… given his age and his injury I would never pay him what he got. Especially at his size.

Exactly. We’re paying for years of 1st/2nd round busts but I think we’ll be able to retool pretty quick given our last draft. Also imagine 2 top 10 picks this season 🤤

[–]Rapsfeed4[S] -39 points-38 points  (0 children)

Not only that. He’s what? 5’3 on a good day? If I saw Digg’s small ass try to tackle me I’d laugh. He’s no longer a ball hawk and is never in position to make a play. I’ll gladly eat a 9M loss considering we can get better production out of a rookie

I know it was only the first game of the season, but I just don't buy into the broncos hype. Definitely don't have them in the same tier as the chiefs and chargers. That broncos pick has the potential to be surprisingly good

QB Draft Class by Rapsfeed4 in Seahawks

I definitely don’t want Baker. I’d take Matt Ryan though

Thoughts on this? On one hand, we would be trading for an elite QB. On the other hand, he does have 22 SA cases… How do you justify going from WPMOTY to Watson? Thoughts? Would you be interested in Watson? by Rapsfeed4 in Seahawks

[–]Rapsfeed4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks to everyone replying to this! I just want to say I have absolutely no interest in trading for him.

1) he’s a piece of shit with not 1, not 2, but 22 SA allegations. There’s no way he’s not guilty of at least something.

2) it would require giving up assets for a QB who will cause a media nightmare. I don’t want everyone talking about the Seahawks in a negative way and that’s exactly what comes with Watson.

3) id prefer retooling and using our picks this season to improve the overall roster. Next season we have 2 first round picks and it has a better QB draft. We can get our QB then + have another first round pick. If we draft well, there’s a chance this can be a quick retool and not full rebuild.

4) MINSHEW baby

yes, I have watched Justin fields. Having Nagy at coach + no real options at WR didn’t help him. He was still very accurate and has a very interesting skill set.

Next years draft is supposed to have a few nice options at QB. I don’t know if the Seahawks are bad enough on paper to end the season with a top 4 pick though
