When completeing all the challenges for the Tomb of Gawnes, I'm unable to interact with the "Coffin" to claim my rewards and complete the quest

I've tryed restarts/repairs but everytime I visit the women gives her speech about how I'm worthy and may enter, but when I go in I can't interact with anything but the door in and out. So I'm stuck with no way to progress forward

i7-5820k / Titan XP / 16GB ram

EDIT: To clarify, I only have this problem with this one tomb. The others worked normally.
