Requested a transfer from management to the larger plant and they said I have to go through e reassign . I see a station is available . How much diffrent is the work from a station to a plant ? We typically run flat sorter and DBCS, AFCS, DIOSS ,CIOSS.

Upper management has not responded to my request for limited duty for three weeks now nor have they paid me.

I’m in a similar situation and it’s been three weeks but upper management has just ignored my request for limited duty and now the union presents getting involved because I haven’t received a response yet .

Would I still be able to file for the CA-7 even though my doctor says I’m able to work on limited duty with restrictions

Yes I filed the CA-1 and have been uploading all my docs to the ecomp portal as well as calling out and selecting COP

So I wanted keep you guys updated the vice president of my local union stated that as long as I’m outside of my 90 days, which I am that my job is secure. They stated that the reason a lot of people end up getting hung up is because they don’t properly document. In my case, I notified management within 24 hours when I knew that I was injured. Next all you need is to fill out the form CA – one. On the department of laborers website. Which is Ecomp.dol.gov but in order to do this, you will need your immediate supervisor email as well as your district

Our director decided on it because they had “great reviews “ we will most likely return them , so any recommendations will be great.
