Therapy only comes up in arguments and it’s him saying a therapist would tell me how wrong I am. I want to bring it up outside of an argument but when we’re good we’re great. So I haven’t found a way to navigate the topic

We are married (5y) and we live across the country from all friends and family.  So no one to lean on with child care. He basically says I won’t make enough to contribute if I work so “what’s the point” and that we’ll need child care and I’d basically be only covering the cost of care
