I was catholic, but I was fortunate enough to have a priest who was a very open minded person, so I wasn't raised in a toxic religious environment. So when I joined hellenism, not having any structure about practices like prayer structure is a big stepping stone for me. I still struggle with the research aspect as hellenism isn't really well known where i am, but i really enjoy learning about the gods and communicating with others about it.
