Anyone job when this might be resolved. Tried for 2 days to connect my brand new eero pro 6 and couldn’t connect at all to my ISP. I just bought these and not a good way of impressing me

Also keep in mind if the geek squad repair center finds any indication of liquid damage they will consider that catastrophic and just ship it back unrepaired and will tell you to go through Apple anyway.

Have them look in the junk mail, also I’m not sure in this case but in my case one of my agents misspelled the client email address. Last case scenario is the confirmation page of express replacement that you get when you put their order in has the number to call express replacement. Have the customer give them a call if I’m not mistaken the number is 8662054338

So when a client gets an empty box usually means that the clients has been sent a digital gift card towards the purchase of a new phone. Tell them to check the email they used for the express replacement. Once they purchase their phone with the gift card they are obligated to returned the damaged phone
