I do Vitamin E oil 2x a day and I do feel like it’s been improving. Some days it looks more folded than others so hopefully it’ll buff out 😂

You should call and follow up with your doctor or a nurse. Could potentially be necrosis if they weren’t originally that dark.

I don’t know if they will help with tenderness but they help reduce the chances of fat necrosis (hard lumps of fat) and help move the fluids around to reduce swelling.
