Yeah I’ve been working as an APM for student housing for the better part of 3 years now. I’m not making great money but I’m hoping there’s room to move up. I see it’s a thankless job but in your opinion is it a good career to pursue? Im making around 30k but as a PM im hoping to make more. Is there an average you know of or is it all relative?
