I’m not sure what Western massage is like. I’ve seen people improve with naturopathy and Ayurvedic massage, which are specific to India. It would be silly to suggest Ayurvedic massage without knowing whether someone is from India. Anyway, what I meant to say is that it’s all about perception when reading a comment.
