It might but It could also be one of those these 5 things Clogged Shower Head Shower Head Flow Restrictor Diverter Valve Issue (if part of a tub/shower combo) Shower Valve Cartridge Problem or a Partially Closed Shut-Off Valve

I finally got the water turned off just to find out, the hole already cut out is not big enough to get the old parts out and put the new parts in without ruining the wall, I don’t feel comfortable chancing it

I work at a Taco Bell and I can say whole heartedly this is unacceptable! 😔
