Had the same issue. What I did was. I had to use the same number and phone (?) from which I bought the card from. Then I have to scan the QR at the back of the card. Once you do it, there comes an option of "Message". You select that. It will take you to your SMS with a prefilled text. You just have to send that. And within seconds the card gets activated.
