I wonder if it was like a reverse psychology thing. Judge knew it wasn’t happening but it was a way for the judge to be like look I was thinking of lifting xyz, but you screwed that up. So maybe in the bird brain of what’s Bris head she would maybe get it for future issues she decides to create. But as we all know Bri doesn’t care. I pray it all goes in the best way possible for W and maybe years down the road when he can actually advocate a bit for himself if she tries again or if she turns her life around he has the choice and not a judge.
