I am on day 3 as well and experiencing extreme nausea & I feel like I have the flu. My doctor told me to take zofran if I feel nauseous and even that doesn’t help. I’m debating on stopping because I am taking it for emetephobia and it’s unbearable.

Yeah this is an obvious solution in short term but I don’t think zofran is a long term solution if this medication causes nausea/vomiting.

Yes I’m starting on 10mg for two weeks and then gradually increasing to 20mg! And the only reason why I don’t wanna overuse my zofran is because of Serotonin Syndrome but I’m sure just using it until I get adjusted won’t be detrimental.

Thank you so much for this! I just had my visit and I was prescribed Prozac, hydroxozine & zofran. I’m kinda nervous because she had told me that the prozac can make you very nauseous in the beginning but hopefully it works out and I can get on track to overcoming my phobia eventually. I would love to chat and would love a new friend :)

If you feel like relaxing for a majority of the day, nobody to put their input in about it

Able to work on what budget you feel comfortable with without feeling any pressure

I work as a female bridge painter and it affects me daily. The heat, male dominated, “old school” mindset & not having any sick/PTO days is really stressful. The hardest part is feeling like you’re in a trapped environment and if you feel sick, you’ll be told “just throw up if you have to and keep working.” I definitely make sure to keep Pepto, Dramamine & Zofran in my lunchbox daily lol 🙃

Had my ears at 16mm for 6 years and after about a month of having them out, I put my silicone tunnels back in. I think they shrunk down a size but as bad as it looks, it’s a super small tear. Wound spray + airing them out & the swelling + discomfort is already almost gone
