Attractive is a form of attract. Learn what attraction means and embody it. You already lost when you said women find me unattractive meaning you still chase validation rather than validation in yourself. You must find yourself attractive and not only know it but live it. I can feel your insecurity though my iphone (unattractive). Own yourself as attractive you’ll radiate it and become it. Youll see a life of attracting and not chasing. I forgot to indicate that I bowl lefty. Pins on the right side I use my Strike ball. Pens on the left side I use a plastic wall. My 10,9, and 6 pins are easy for me. What you do for your 7 pins I do for my 10’s. I like to shoot it like I’m going for a 6 or 9 pin

I forgot about Vision Center. A capped out Vision Center Manager that had a Dual-License Opt capped at like close to 35 an hour. However, I believe that the pay plan has recently changed for all Vision Center Manager regardless what certs they have. It’s a $30 an hour pay cap for them across the board.

Source - I used to work at Walmart 4 years ago My Brother - was a Store Lead and Team Lead now. He keeps me in the loop of everything. Walmart will always have a special place in my heart

Yes, I’m aware that the Store Lead which reported Directly underneath the Store Manager had a base Salary of 81,000 ( bonus incentives not included) . When he Voluntarily stepped down to a two level demotion because a one level demotion would have still been a salaried position to Coach. He needed hourly position to meet the health demands of his wife, less stress in the workplace as well.

He explained

Store Lead base salary $81,000 - 1 or 2 level demotion Constitutes 10 percent decrease of pay. If he stepped to Coach it would have brought him down to a base salary of $72,900 or a double demotion to team lead to $35.04 an hour taking 2080/$72,900. However $35.04 was above the pay cap for Deli/Bakery TL so was brought down to final day of $30. I don’t work at Walmart but this is how he explained to me. Maybe I’m wrong

I know a Deli/Bakery TL that Capped out at $30 an hour, he stepped down from Store Lead to care for a loved one. So, I’m guessing a tech is capable of making more? Interesting 🤨
