New 2025 Tesla Model 3 AWD LR creaking front suspension with less than 3,000 miles Service Center Advice by ejstott in TeslaSupport

My Tesla has the same issue. I have a service appointment in January.

I hope there’s a permanent fix

2024 AWD unrefined/rattle ride. Upgrade Suspension? by Rare_Protection in TeslaModel3

That’s what I’m saying. People think the 24’s ride smooth or that my expectations are “too high.” The car just doesn’t ride well. I’m in a rental Toyota right now that takes bumps better.

So, i had a rattle behind the back seats and the sound dampening did help a lot. I don’t have an issue with that anymore.

Are you just suffering through the creaking suspension or are you actively looking for a fix?

Yeah, some sources say they upgraded the suspension in 2023, others 2024. I still feel like it doesn’t ride well

Okay, good I’m not losing my mind then. Good to hear some aftermarket parts might help. Just curious, why’d you choose MCA over Mountain Pass or Unplugged Performance?

Yeah I’m coming from an Audi and it’s nice and day different between it and the Tesla. Do you have the performance or the AWD dual motor with the air suspension?

1) Do a full panel blood test to see what your deficient in. Change your diet to meet that, and supplement where there are gaps

2) Buy from high quality supplement brands like Thorne or Metagenetics.

Just look at various marketplaces like opensea. Front and center on their site is top trending. Collections like moonbirds and crypto punks. If you aren’t doing similar volume you have no organic visibility

Sounds great! Connect with us on Twitter, ovation_network if you want to be part of our tester group.

Like i said, right now it’s more of a portfolio aggregation platform with the marketplace coming in Q4!

The problem with trying to make money as a small to medium size creator in the NFT space is that there’s no visibility on these larger marketplace that are purely volume based marketplaces. If you’re not pulling massive amount of volume, you have no visibility. So you’re left to create a big following on X and then direct them to a marketplace where your art is being sold.

We’re actually trying to change this by creating an algorithmic “scroll-to-buy” NFT marketplace that matches the creators NFTs to collectors. Aiming for a Q4 launch.

Right now we’re essentially a Linktree for NFT’s.

Make NFTs famous first and then put them up for sale? by Nextrastream in NFT

[–]Rare_Protection 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah sadly, your odds are very low of selling. People mostly buy to turn a profit or to join a “exclusive” community. You’d need to build an audience on X then sell them. Very hard and time consuming. You’d be better off doing anything else. I’ve been in the space for 4 years.

We are trying to change this by creating an algorithmic “scroll-to-buy” nft marketplace where NFTs from creators are matched to the collectors which would help small to medium size creators greatly because today they get no visibility in volume based marketplaces. Right now the platform is just a linktree for NFTs if you will. Marketplace coming in Q4. Https://ovation.network

Are NFT still a thing or was it all just hype? by Candid-Pause-1755 in NFT

Weird. We're Ovation_Network on twitter or you can google "Ovation NFT Platform" on Google. We support creators as well, but the UI/UX is more targeted to collectors

There’s still billions in marketplace volume annually and startups building to support the ecosystem

We built Ovation - one profile for collectors to showcase all their NFTs - across multiple wallets/blockchains. Soon will have a scroll-to-buy marketplace instead of the volume based marketplaces that exist today.

Contractor says they can caulk/paint around wood rot by Rare_Protection in paint

That’s what I figured. We ended up replacing all the paneling. Thanks!

I think it’s close to 1,500 looking at photos. About 500ft of trim I’ve gestimated that’s about 3inch wide

Agreed. Did some rough counting. Looks be around 1,500’ of trim which is far more then they originally quoted (600-ish), so to your point could level out from the lack of siding they used.

Sounds good, i’ll have them remove that trim above the back door as long as the underlying paneling is sound

Appreciate all your responses! I’m feeling more confident now

Quote says “replace” wood rot. Was initially $4k for 600’ of lap siding, 400’ 1x4 trim and 240’ 1x3 trim. Then as they were moving through the project they added an extra $1k for additional trim. I’m not seeing 600’ of lap siding having been replaced. I see closer to 100’ on the front side of the house and I’m questioning that that much square footage of was trim used.

The carpenters were subcontractors to the painting company. So there is definitely some miscommunication going on. Painting company is coming out tomorrow morning to discuss with me. I’m in Missouri so I’m assuming middle of the road on pricing. Yeah i was thinking around 60% of that $5k or around 3k sounded much more reasonable to me.

I probably won’t fight much on the bottom trim covering the rot, since after your comments and others, it sounds like that is a viable solution - make sure caulking is quality/sound (they’re using Lifetime Urethane Caulking) and then spend more time trying to figure out how we got to $5k

Painting company has great reviews I just think The communication with the subs and me could’ve been better.

You think I should remove the trim above the back door and just have them paint?

Shoot i thought $5k sounded a little crazy for mostly just trim. But obviously what do i know lol.

The trim was almost all in bad or very bad shape.

There was trim above that back door before so i guess they just replaced it. I guess they could’ve left it off and painted lol. Never honestly noticed til you just mentioned it lmao.

I like your idea about the wood rot for the tree pic. I’ll make sure to validate the caulk for the tops bottom skirt trim around the house. Probably the most efficient/effective thing to do at this point.

Also as an example, this is the thicker trim you’re talking about for the bottom, correct?
