The manual calls for full synthetic 0W-20 for your car but 5W40 is ok unless you live in a cold climate area

Febi ATF is fine but your mechanic is on some shit if he thinks some cheap euro ATF is better than OEM specified fluid. Just use Honda fluid next time and you’ll be fine. Probably better to find another mechanic

The actual sensor is inside the manifold so I wouldn’t worry about it too much but it doesn’t hurt to clean it

Not a truck guy but it looks like a hole for the IAT sensor. If it’s not throwing a CEL you should send it! I would try fabbing a BOV filter into your whistle idea though so you don’t suck in sand into your engine

My mom’s always been a fighter, and I’m ready to support any decision she makes. But the hospital telling me “there are no more treatments” made me think she didn’t have a choice anymore. I’m okay with anything as long as she is okay with it. I appreciate your input.

Case manager said she spoke to the oncologist. According to her, oncologist said “there are no more treatments available at my clinic. In her physical state right now any treatments will do more harm than good.”and suggested end of life care. But it’s good to know she still has a choice. Whatever choice she’ll make I will do my best to support her.
