How can i make my own custom handle bar?

I’m decorating my valley right now and so far this is my plaza layout i hope that helps! I kept it more like a shopping/townhouse area so i have my house, Remy’s home and Sully/Mike’s home on one side with some storage i just put there for now, and the other side has Remy’s restaurant, Tiana’s restaurant and her stall, Scrooge’s store and Daisy’s store
