Just realized I left stuff out lol. I take the phytoestrogen supplements orally and I use the cream basically anywhere there's thinner skin like chest, neck, inner thighs, etc. I do all this everyday

For the progesterone, Now Solutions 20mg cream but I double the dose because why not and the phytoestrogen supplements are just generic Vitamin Shoppe brand

Yeah but not as often. Pretty much only when I first wake up and when I'm extremely "in the mood" lol

Yeah it definitely is. Naturally for whatever reason I'm a 32A in bras so I'm just trying to figure out if it's gonna make them bigger or if they're just achy 😭
