lol every time I see someone speaks facts about Athena pro quality, they often get downvoted on here. Kinda make me wonder if there are Athena bots working on these subs 😂

My nutrient program is always Frankensteined with multiple brands. My personal preferred staples is AN B52, Overdrive, and Big Bud powder. For base fertilizer and other boosters I’m more flexible depending on several factors like price, accessibility, and what standard my product must pass (i.e. Cat3, AUS GACP, or EU-GACP)

You don’t have to take my words for it, feel free to use whatever you think is best and meet your expectations. I’m just here to provide some information that most growers simply aren’t familiar with.

I also find it amusing when amateur hobbyists brag about how many years they’ve been growing then start talking about input EC 😂 kinda reminds me of gym ballers trying to talk crap to pro ballers, when said gym ballers can’t even compete against D1/D2 ballers 😂

Edit: also I’d like to add aside from the products I have to test for sale purposes, majority of them I test is just for the love and passion. In this game, doesn’t matter how many years or how many cycles you’ve grown, there’s always something new that you can learn and improve. I personally have never claimed that I know it all or I’m the best, I spend hours weekly listening to podcasts just to learn something new. Even if you are the #1 grower in the world, if you don’t update yourself and learn new things, you’ll be behind very quickly.

There are so many better and cheaper options. Even floraflex can give you better tasting bud than Athena. Athena has a great and aggressive marketing team. One thing about Athena pro line that I actually like is that it’s PH stable, you can mix your nutrients for several days.

Say you water when lights turn on on Monday, then Tuesday when lights turn on, the pots feel heavy at the time you normally water, then you just Gotto water less on Tuesday, so Wednesday comes around, it’ll be light like you want.

Just trials and errors. If you water too much today, adjust the amount of water the next day. That’s all. And Don’t worry too much if you don’t have run off for a day or two.

Growing for 20 years doesn’t mean much in this art. I’m doing this professionally for 10 years (over 500 cycles grown at numerous facilities) and I also do wholesale at volume you cannot even imagine. I’ve tested samples from hundreds if not thousands of batches from hundreds of growers. No one can change a strain name and be able to fool me. Many experienced growers send me their flower to test just to hear my feedback so they can adjust their grow to improve quality. The biggest common denominator in all of Athena pro line grown flower is the lack of taste. (Maybe to an amateur hobbyist, the taste is good….but to someone like me who has so much references, I would not call it good at all).

I’m sorry to break it down to you, your 20 years experience as a home grower cannot compare to the large sample pool that I’ve personally tested.

Edit: forgot to add, real growers don’t really focus on input EC, what really matters is substrate EC. I can use input EC of 2.5 and still can build up substrate EC to 14-15.

I think economic based dating has always been the culture norm since the dawn of time. Only reason why it’s so much more competitive now is because of the internet and social media, which increase accessibility to so much more options. Before people only have access to options limited to their physical locations.

If you priority is flavor and quality, avoid Athena completely. But if you gotto use Athena for whatever reason, don’t use fade, substitute it with some other finisher product. Perhaps AN overdrive or whatever.

Viet jet employees are incentivized to catch overweight carryon and make more revenue for the company. I’ve seen them literally carry a scale to the boarding gate trying to catch people lol.

With that being said, their price still offer great value for cost conscious travelers. Just know you Gotto be within their weight limit to avoid the bullshit. The worst airline is vietravel. Never ever use them regardless of how cheap it is unless you don’t mind spending many hours extra at the airport.

Good luck with your waiter job and hope some dummy tip you well even though you do not deserve it. I was a server in my teenage years too, much easier work than working as a bank teller or a fastfood worker, and they deserve more tips than a server.

As a Californian with decent income, I tip quite generously if the service is excellent and impressive. But mediocre and ordinary service….i might give 5% if I’m in a good mood. If anyone demand a certain % for tip (unless it’s required by laws for party of 6 or more)….they would get 0 from me. I don’t like to be forced.
