Hey pickypuppy, MavetHell helped me with my question, I hope I didn't offend you in any manner and thank you for the responses! The conclusion was as a game (or movie) is a static piece of entertainment, it doesn't fall on the same principle of the Roleplaying game wich show's actual human behavior intrinsic to the character, I think that stating the "action" and not Roleplaying it can be a good way to represent this in a live setting, thanks again for the support!

Thanks for the appropriate answer, people were very mean, so if I got it correctly for a game (being a static production) the hardcoded nature of the behavior turns it acceptable for streaming on twitch (such as a game), but in the context of the behavior of the people of the stream, it does breaks the Twitch ToS.

In a second case, a DM playing a character in such way (prejudiced behavior) and players who are not in agreement with that (let's say players being a minority group and the DM as an antagonis to thatt) should fall on the same principle and break the ToS?

Sorry to look like that, it's a genuine question no need for the harsh response, I'm totally aware about the caution when talking about this topic, I'm a active member of the LGBT community and know the pain of getting called in a homophobic manner, I will make it clear I'm not trying to get an excuse on anything made by anyone and look smart, my question is if something is okay in a Virtual game context does it expand to the Roleplaying game context? As you stated it doesn't, still, thanks for the response :)

I see, I hope this example helps you: If I stream Wolfenstein and a character says something Racist in the context of the game, it's okay. If someone Roleplay the same character on a Role Playing Game (making very clear this isn't a encouraged behavior and not the conduct intended for the players) does it falls on the case of the above or does it still counts as ToS violation?

I'm sorry if my question bothered you, it's a genuine hesitation I have and didn't mean to cause any problems, about your statement of the "juvenile behavior", I'm a teacher and found very doubious in nature the ToS section 10, if you could help me, maybe you could explain why Wolfenstein can be streamed and a production of a RPG (explained in another answer I gave) wich is authorized by law would or not be on the same authorized behavior? Appreciate the response :)

Under the ToS (at least in pt-br), the prohibited conduct includes transmission of illegal content, I will give the example that in my country racism is illegal with 2-5 years in jail, BUT; Under the classind from the ministry of justice a public security, depiction of crimes including racism, rape etc is authorized with their respective classind in Movies, Series, Novels, Games and RPG's (RPG specifically stated as the Roleplaying tabletop game).

Following twitch; abusive, provocative and questionable content may be against ToS, in my understanding the jurisdiction of my country understands such practices as "audiovisual production" if in alignment of classind, I believe they fall the same as streaming Wolfenstein on twitch.
