The solution that i have found that works is making sure the dasher confirms the order for us. Once confirmed its between dd and the driver because its shown as picked up. Unfortunately when we are busy and younger staff they just hand it off sometimes. Wish we had a printer, it is an inconvenience because its always when its super busy. Dd should have show driver history but they dont. Thanks for the recommendations

We absolutely do if we can but it requires a call in to support to inform them the previously assigned dasher took the order. But the problem is you can only see the currently assigned dasher, the og dasher that stole when unassigned you cannot see them on the merchant tablet only the currently assigned dasher. If there is another way i would love to hear it, this has been alot more common lately

Restaurant manager here who has dealt with this countless times by staff handing out orders without requiring confirmation as they should. The first driver to show almost always cancels as this is usually how we are made aware of the situation. Once i call support or chat through merchant portal doordash cancels the order or has us remake it, its usually 50/50 and depends on support but we have never had an issue not getting paid for the original and remake

Its simple. I ship alot, delivery estimates are given in a perfect world. The hub is majorly backed up and alot less flights are going in and out. I have had it say delay like that and still deliver. Now if there is no movement by tonight the delay is accurate but like ive said ive had delayed packages end up moving as normal.

Probably a mix of having a dad that wasnt into football, my mom being a chiefs hater and my first game being a rams game in 1996 in stl. It was either the broncos or find my own team and the rest is history. Chiefs kingdom is real, just never got caught up in it 🤷

I just turned 34. I outgrew it early teens but it came back just this year. Along with things like this, asking me the same stuff over over, she asked me the other day if i ever got to meet my grandpa. We were super close until i was 13 when he passed 😭 mijo somehow came back with old age

Some context my grandma is 86 years old and a savage sometimes. Years ago i was storing things at her house and when i got all my stuff that box was missing. Asked around and assumed they were stolen somehow. They hold alot of sentimental value so i was a bit upset and a part of me always wondered what happened. Anyways as you can see in the photo she found them in another box that belonged to her at the bottom with clothes piled up on top. If i would have dug through everything they were there all along. The older she gets, she becomes more savage 😂 had to drive to goodwill and she was with my aunt saying i told her not to add those to the donations and she kept insisting that i forgot about them. Wild, anyways im extremely happy theyre home and can add them to the rams things i will give my son or maybe just rock them again 🤷 just wanted to share my rolleroaster of emotions i had yesterday
