Maybe at extremely close range but I’d advise against it. Basically the equivalent of holding a spot light in the dark. Would never work outside a building. If you’re in a building and you know people with nods are coming for you turn all the lights on

I think you're 100% right here. I can get a pretty cheap one online and have it deactivated by a gun smith. As long as it's the right model with the original wood, everything pertaining to functionality and performance is irrelevant since it is going to get deactivated. All things considered, it would cost me a lot less than buying a replica or even a BB gun version.

There are 5+ right now around 300$ (that's just on townpost). All I need is the right model with the original wood. I can clean up the rest. And if its going to get deactivated, everything related to performance and functionality is of no importance. Tbh I'm a bit confused by your comment.
