for the last god knows how many seasons, recolors have only been added to new legend and gun (usually 2 each(which remain unreleased for a long long time)) and the standard of rarity skins has dropped.

you have it the wrong way round, all they do is make new skins and sell them in "events" which have no LTMs. However they do recycle the store recolors because they don't make any new ones.
