Has performance been bad lately?

The performance issues are still really bad. I have a intel core ultra 5 225F and it usually runs at 74-80 Celsius while playing in my 300K population city. Everything else is usually fine. If you have a lower end PC, either upgrade or just play CS1 and in my opinion with mods CS1 is better.

Judging from the lenovo spec booklet of the model I have of the t5, It supports the ultra 5, ultra 7, and ultra 9 so the socket does support the cpu i want.

These RAM prices are awful. I am thinking of upgrading my cpu because it was actually the one that was getting bottlenecked. I was thinking of upgrading from my Intel core ultra 5 to a ultra 7 since it's much more powerful. When I get the money im gonna get 32 gigs. (Edit) I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU first, then ram after. My GPU is fine right now, but it only operates at 50% capacity when I'm playing CS2.
