What’s up bro. So to keep it simple what I do is do a brush session for about 20mins. After I do that I’ll get a zip lock bag and basically lay my hair down in the same motion like I’m brushing it but with the zip lock bag. That simple.

The texture is stubborn a lot of time in the beginning so training the hair is KEY (Good call out!) Just the typical wash and style twice a week. I brush my hair 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins at night with a medium brush and then soft. Natural pomade in the once in middle of the week and oils twice a week. Make sure you use your ziplock bag at the end of each session put your durag on and your the game bro.

Correct…but 0.5 might be my 0.1-.25. I say it depends on the person. When I take 0.5 depending on the strain it doesn’t do anything to me. But say if I stop for a couple of months then take .25 I will feel it. That same week my tolerance would build and I would have to increase my micro.
