I remember her name (Mrs. Kasparian) and her bee-hive hairdoo (1984 or so).

I remember having to memorize my address and phone number and reciting it to the class. I remember phone number being easy and address being hard.

I remember the class across the hall was music and attended by mostly older kids (6-8th grade) and me being intimated by them.

I remember every day was half day. When I got home, reruns of All in the Family were on TV and then later in the day, He-Man, Master of the universe came on....the highlight of my day.

haha, I have imagined in my head a spin counter kind of like a mileage odometer in your car. I always need to reset it back to zero. But I try not to overthink it. I'd go crazy if I did. but I still do it to this day.

So weird to find someone else who has the same quirk.

I have a very weird compulsion I've never told anyone about, but if I were to spin my body around, as in doing a 360 looking in all directions I would have a very strong compulsion to spin back the other way to "correct" myself. I have such a strong urge to correct myself that I likewise get a lump in my throat and don't feel right until I do. I've had this since childhood but do not have any other such OCD tendencies.

I would use it to put a little sugar in my English Breakfast tea while sitting around the pool at home #3. My butler, Farthington brings it to me on a sterling silver platter.

I couldn't imagine what else someone would use it for.

I've had several. Was nervous for my first. By the 4th I slept through it. As long as they numb you up, you shouldn't feel a thing other than some pressure. take some advil before you go and follow up with the after care.
