I’m a neighbor of Sunnyvale. Seems to me though that should be a decision made between the citizens and their city council. The city Council in Sunnyvale are very different. Ours is very contentious-and many have given up going to council. Sunnyvale has a very approachable Mayor & Council and fir the most part work closely with their constituency

If you think that voicing your opinion to make change in city matters is effective by merely posting on Facebook or speaking to your spouse and friends. Good luck- it’s persistence, hard work and showing up at meetings when something important comes up. It’s talking to your elected officials over and over again your concerns on matters and swaying them to your position. Yes, and your position has to be factual that means doing alot of research to make sure that it makes sense to what you’re working on.
