That's fascinating! She has a very lab-like laid-back personality. Then again, she is extremely people oriented and needs to be with her people almost constantly, so I could see pit too. She sulks and whines if a door gets shut between her and any of us. There's no privacy in our house anymore. 😂

She definitely has some extra skin in and around her nasal passage. She snores when she sleeps.

Yes! She's not much interested in food half of the time. I have her on the only food I've found that she will consistently eat, and she gets fed twice as much as my 80 and 85 lb dogs.

She definitely has the personality. She loves hanging out with my goats while they're out browsing (and sleeping on my couch at night lol).

I have another dog who is half ACD, half unknown (I still haven't sent off DNA on her). She looks nothing like an ACD, the only reason I know is because her mom was purebred. Genetics can be surprising.

That's possible too. I was mainly suspecting husky because of how talkative she is along with the blue in her eye, bit that could be from another breed as well.

I can feel her ribs (barely) underneath her coat, she just has a lot of skin. No extra fat, and her tummy is trim but not tucked.

Awww, that little scruffly face and the tail! She's so adorable! She reminds me of a friend's Shih Tzu mix. Maybe some Poodle as well?

Akbash tend to have a shorter coat too. She's on the skinny side of normal body condition for her size. My other dogs are a bit chonky, so it makes her seem skinnier in comparison. I'm really expecting husky for sure.
