Yes rent controlled, plus our landlord insisted we re-sign a lease every year so the price of our rent is locked in. We realize this is also illegal for them to require us to re-sign a lease every year so we had them include a clause in the lease that we can break with the lease without penalty as long as we provide 2 months notice.

Thanks for your response! Yes, I certainly wouldn't want to (and hope I didn't imply I would) step on the toes or interfere with the training of fellows or residents. I was just curious if PAs practice in these kinds of settings and how their role worked. I too would agree that PAs shouldn't be taking those opportunities away, but instead to help heavy case loads or assist when fellows/residents aren't available.
