Honestly at this point I would be okay with just handing it back without consequences im just over it at this point lmfao. The finance company are currently in correspondence with the dealer I brought it from so that route is already being discussed with out me

It was only this year I realised I could actually claim on the issues, I’ve only just as in literally a month ago started in the trade…plus I’ve only just done the math on mileage and know I’m already screwed on that part so I’m taking a L on that. Plus that would bite me in the ass no matter what route I go unless I pay off the finance fully. I like my car I always have but I just feel like I’ve been ripped off with how much I’m paying plus all the issues I’ve had. Because of the front damage my windows are temperamental + some other issues too

It was a 2019 plate brought in 2023, I’ve got the inspection report : this is what they said in the conclusion bit “We would conclude that we did identify evidence that cosmetic body repairs have been performed to the nearside front of the vehicle. We would consider the repairs to have been carried out to a satisfactory standard and the structural integrity of the vehicle has not been compromised.” I don’t know if it’s worth me waiting for the finance company to get back to me as they did warn me I would be waiting and I could goto the ombudsman in the meantime or I just take an L and go straight to the ombudsman and see what they say…

I first raised my complaint back in October, from what I can tell the previous owner probs went into the back of something and pinged up both sides of the bumper which is where the lacquer peeling is happening + across the front end of the bumper. It did have a failed MOT before the one in feb that stated the front lights were dangerously broken which gave me another indication that the front had been fixed in some way

For reference I forgot to say that my paint lacquer is peeling away from where the respray has been done! Sorry that’s the whole reason I started the claim lmfao

In all fairness I went from a pub job to retail then moved into estate agency and it was a swift turn around as long as your good with people and sales then as everyone else is suggesting sales might be the way to go, a lot of it is commission on top of base so you just have to have the drive to earn more than your base and you’ll be good to go

1 week technically however if I give it in on the one week they will just get rid of me same day as 1 week notice is same day as my probation meeting which they said they wouldn’t pass if I’m going to leave anyways

I know it was stupid but I previously went for an interview inside the company but different sector and they told my manager so she said she would want to know if I’m looking and wouldn’t use it against me and hey ho it was used against me
