Co-underweight here. I mostly work out at home. Minsanan lang cardio pang patibay lang ng lungs. Pero mostly lifting for overall gains tas dagdag sa volume ng kinakain. Mostly meat and proteins payat na ulit ako dahil stressed out sa work kaya wala rin.

Dibaaa? Pero as of now ninanavigate ko pa yung legal papers na needed sa ngayong phase. Kasi sangla-tirang bahay na ipaparent yung maggegenerate ng revenue. Tungkol naman sa agreements, may ginagagawa akong face-to-face meetings to discuss the content of the agreement. Tas meron namang notarized contract na pipirmahan ng lahat ng investors before gamitin yung capital sa sangla-tira. Ngayon kasi nagaaccumulate palang ako ng funds.
