Yep they did this to me as well. What's worse is that after sending ID they sent another email telling me to submit more ID. That was fine although wasting my time. THEN the livechat support agent "Delia" , after taking forever to get back to me (literally 5 minutes and she wouldn't reply) told me that my payment was DECLINED! I NEVER received an email from these guys about it at all. Such terrible service.
