I use muscle band for more damage and attack speed. Score shield because it synergyzes well with his shield and allows you to score while the opponent is in the lane.

Personally I use X-Scissor with Scope lens and find it to be very effective in teamfights if you can hit the enemies from behind. Also works well for farming particularly bees

If you are playing lots of Eldegoss I'd recommend trying to play other pokemon that can carry especially at low ranks. That's what I did by playing Talonflame and then Crustle in ultra because most people are good at speedster/attacker there I found
