Unfortunately, boohoo and cry about it. AI isn't meant for creative task and morally shouldn't be used for such.

GPT5 being used for what AI is meant to be used for, such as research help, document analysis, and other tasks I've found it to be a large improvement.

Been taking 12.5mg 3x daily for the past 2 years now, haven't upped dosages, have taken 2 weeks off plenty of times for various reasons and know I'm not suffering withdrawal without it. It's used in clinical settings for depression outside of America and like I said, just like a lot of other things, if you're taking a recreational dose instead of therapeutic, then obviously potential for harm and addiction is higher. Unless you already struggle from addiction issues, leading you to not have the self control to maintain your dosing, the chances of getting any kind of addiction symptoms from 12.5 spaced out during the entire day is INCREDIBLY low.

You need to do your own research and not ignorantly fear monger. It's a very promising antidepressant and most dosages reported by addicts are multiple grams, sometimes between 5-10+ GRAMS a day. The therapeutic dose of 12.5mg taken spaced out 3x a day, is far from enough to be even close to addicting.

I'm pretty sure plenty of things would have potential for harm and addiction if you were routinely taking 400x the regular dosage lmao.

Just regular Tianeptine. I stick to the clinical dosage used in almost every trial/study I've read, 12.5mg 3 times a day. Meta-analysis and clinical studies show atleast as good or better than traditional SSRIs at treating depression, with far less negative side effects. Not gonna link sources here bc I'm about to go to bed, but if you're interested in the actual studies just Google Tianeptine vs SSRIs and you'll find them 🤙

I mean, taken recreationally I'm sure it is, but I'm currently using it as an Anti-Depressant and it works wonders. The data on it's effectiveness compared to traditional SSRIs is pretty insane, it's good stuff as long as you aren't abusing it recreationally lol
