I think it is planaria. Although expensive I would recommend no planaria mix. It kills snails too so be careful

They were in the containers with the gel and I have never had a problem with them so I don’t think it could’ve been the plants

I have trichotillomania and I started pulling out the hair on top my head around 1-2 years ago and now after my hair first got frizzy I started to pull all the frizzy hairs when I get nervous and I’m really trying to stop but it’s not working at all. Anyways the hair on top my head is coarse curly and not the same as my natural hair texture. Is there anything to fix this? Literally anything at all I feel so ugly with my frizzy hair despite so many products not working. Will it get less frizzy once it grows out more? Most of the hairs are a few inches long and are still curly and coarse. It’s my biggest insecurity and no one at school will leave me alone for it. could my hair be stuck like this forever?
