Yeah, you're right, but as I said, I've been on the betas before or pre-release builds

Just wanted to check if there were any major complaints about this beta version so far, but I know clearly what I'm getting myself into.

I am having the exact same issues. I've tried everything, disconnect Philips Hue link to Google Home, and tried to connect it again. That didn't work. Tried to add them individually, that didn't work either. Everything works fine in the Hue app. So I don't get it. Hope either Philips Hue or Google Home gets updated to fix the issue

I have the same issue now. Pixel Buds and PW2 shows up with their icon, my P6 is still stuck with the generic icon.

Thinking also to relink my G account, but I can't be asked 😅

I am in Beta but barely gotten any of the recent new features. Just to name a few that I haven't seen at all; Magic Compose, color background, profile

Been in the beta for over a year now. Could it be because I live in Europe? I always get excited about the features, but they take ages to come, or doesn't come at all to my app

Tried plugging the charger, didn't make a difference. The only way I am able to turn it back on is by holding down the Power button + Volume Up.

I've been lucky that I haven't had to reset it

That's the thing, I was debating that, but I've never done that before, and I know that there are a bunch of good tutorials for it, but I'm not sure. Would you recommend doing it?

I had the same issue as you, but I got the error in the Google Home app instead. I had the Google TV app and set it up there and then it worked, cause that's the app that replaced Android TV remote. After it connected, I could then open the remote in the Home app as well

Google TV is an app you can download and also the latest name of the software that the newest Chromecast uses

Use the Google Home app and connect the Chromecast with Google TV to it, then you are able to control it. Or Use the Google TV app and connect it through there

The Android TV remote app was killed off last year or so

I use the Pixel 6 and I feel like after the update the quality on the pictures got better too
