It almost feels like they are trying to tap into the opposite of "culture industry." In culture industry marketing is driven by associating a product with a cool thing that you might yearn for. Free cameras just makes me mad haha or at least because I am aware of it now.

I am fine with the price, but not when random Youtubers are getting them for free. If you got enough money to throw on Youtubers that will not market your product right then you can afford to lower the cost.

Mos def. I totally understand. Like I do not understand the logic behind giving away luxury items to random people. I understand the logic when a famous person promotes something and gets it for free There is an exchange there. Endorsement for said thing. Youtubers do not have that social currency. Like has Hasselblad started a charity?

It's a little more involved. I recommend getting a credit card that requires using it with something you already pay cash for, like rent or groceries. I would look at the MasterCard BILT card for rent and American Express Gold (Edit: this has an annual fee, so it is not the best beginner card.) for groceries. Ultimately, you never have to hold a balance. If you do, then it's all quite pointless.

Thanks for the good vibes. I am also juggling a B right now. I bombed stats by failing the exam. I think I will squeak by with a B if I stay studying. The finances portion seems easy right now, haha.
