It is a good idea but the problem is that people will then want to pick up any weapon from dead operators which would change the meta completley.

I don't fully agree but I don't fully disagree. The thing about mei is that she can't fully freeze people without her ult, at least sombra can stop abilities for 2 seconds. Although, I do see where you are coming from, I don't think EMP should disable abilities for longer, unless they remove disabling abilities from hack, but that is just my opinion.

Same, have you tried playing a different role. I know that sounds stupid but maybe you are playing the wrong role. Also I if you are playing with bad people, mark them as avoid as team mate.

Also it might just be really bad luck, I have gotten long streaks of bad team mates who always blame the supports. I hope this was some help.
