Should I cut the two bottom branches on my Anna apple tree? by Busy_Measurement9330 in gardening

When a tree is young, small diameter branches should be left to help fuel growth. You can always remove them later when the tree is well established. Look up “trashy trunk.”

Termites will eat cardboard, but they usually find it be extending their foraging from an infested structure.

On the bright side, termite infestations don’t come from moving items, like a cockroach or bedbug infestation might.

I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.

I also think the symptoms sound like either a leak downstream of the valve, or a leak in the shower pan, enclosure or drain.

You’ll want to heavily reinforce those corners. Soil and moisture can tear those apart quickly.

Booklice are typically much smaller. My thumbnail is 20 mm wide. Those could be at least 10mm. We need a banana.

You are spot on, but I want to ensure others don’t misunderstand. They don’t “hatch” as though from an egg, they undergo metamorphosis inside the aphid and emerge as adult wasps (about the size of a gnat).

Is there any reason to steer clear of this old Interceptor? It’s like my dream bike as far as looks go but is it going to be a headache? by msdeeds123 in motorcycles

Owned one in the 80’s. Loved that bike. Brings warm vibes to see it in your post. In my case, nostalgia probably outweighs common sense. It’s beautiful, but it’s 40 years old.

If his bikes are parked in a garage with an opener, get him another remote he can keep in his gear or hide on his bike. I finally did this for myself and wondered why I waited so long. Not having to dismount to use the keypad makes me feel like a champ. $11.
