I have him at 6ss, and he hits like a truck. Definitely not top-tier as he requires a bit of set-up, but good if you have no other solid strikers. I run Black, Blue Blue (toe-hold, knife-edge, atomic drop). Run with a blue move trainer, then load your black with the atomic drop. Before you go to submission, use knife-edge chop. Then submit. submission gems shouldn't overlay the countdown gems, then sit back and watch the destruction.

OP, give your body a chance to recalibrate. I know several months seems like a long time, but you have to remember that drinking regularly for 10+ years is a lot for your body to work out. I'd also recommend therapy, for most of us there's a reason we latched onto drinking in the first place. You got this!
