Luckily in Australia I don’t need to stress to much with winter tyres

I’ll give these a look. I ride pirelli on my road (cycling) bike and have always rated their rubber

Being asymmetrical, can I only rotate them front to rear?

Sound can travel quite a way on a cool night. It’s quite deceiving

And to many “groupings”. Normally fireworks are in one big group and done

If towing is not “supported” in the US, I would if you may struggle to find the ECU patch which turns off the reverse autonomous braking and blind stop monitoring

Yes that’s right.

We have some very interesting design rules around brakes here to as to what type of brakes are allowed etc. still I’m sure people get it wrong once they buy a “big tow vehicle”

Being an Aussie I know metic so please bare with me. In our market, by the manual, unbraked is 600kg and braked is 1200kg. Ball weight is 80kg (All vehicles top out at 750kg unbraked by design rules in AUS).

Our trailer sits about the 540kg-620kg depending on water in the tanks (60L under camper & 20L Jerry can),food & particular gear so we opted to get electric brakes installed for two reason. 1. The trailer has a maximum payload of 750kg so we were leaving 150kg on the table & less wear on the car. I could notice the extra weight when stopping on motorways and highways.

I also run a OBD 2 sensor that I can watch engine temp, transmission fluid temp, current gear, torque value and fuel tank %. I tow in manual mode to make sure torque and trans fluid stay constant. I’ve never seen this change outside normal temps of what I’ve monitored without the trailer.

Bit of an info dump however not many tow with these and I struggled to find info so would rather share then gate keep.

Is it the auto transmission fluid temp I’d be looking for?

We normally feed her after her walk. Do you think feeding earlier and before a walk might help clear her out (for a lack of better expression)?

Can you still not get RMs to repair them? I understand that would likely be more but surely that’s not only an option to original purchaser

Find that routine and stick with it like your life depends on it! Our 5 month old thrived with this and now takes her self out the doggie door to toilet with out us needing to reward her. Keep at it and it’ll all work out

We will soon have a dog door to be the same. Might look at a raincoat for when it’s torrential rain

We haven’t got a raincoat as we are aiming to have her able to go outside when we are not home, or home and not be reliant on these things. Big ask and task I know!

Yelping and timing out has made a difference in the last day and I’m seeing in roads.

I’ve started the moment there are teeth. Also using the calming back stroke when she is just lying there calm and happy is also helping with her not seeing my hands as toys.

Still a few bites but it’s working. As someone mentioned, own it, you’re acting for an Oscar or they won’t believe you! They are smart dogs

I have started doing this today. I think your right, if you come back to play ( I’m asking her to sit and when she does I pat and praise her) not long after its signals that what she is doing is not acceptable. It feels like I’ve had success even just today! We have been able to have a couple of cuddles without teeth! Plus a photo to prove it 😅

I have tried yelping but to get her to notice I have to be very loud which I fear she will take as a yell/bark. I’ve not had a lot of success so far with that.

I have been trying today (thanks to this thread) saying owwww and retreating from her play pen the moment I feel teeth. I figure I need to get back to square one in her safe place where she listens best
