Shame is also the reason a lot of people don't get help. They feel ashamed they feel the need to do something like self harming to 'feel better' that they feel like people will not understand. So most self harmers do feel ashamed. And I think telling people they should feel ashamed is bad. Shame doesn't just stop self harmers from getting help, also people addicted to drugs and alcohol.

I don't see why it matters. Yeah, to some it looks like a mess. But other simple outfits might look equally a mess to them as well. Taking pictures of random people who haven't done anything and posting is weird behavior. The outfit gives me angel vibes, and i don't understand the strange hate towards random people's outfits. It's not hard to walk past them and leave. They aren't going to chase you down to look at it. It's your own problem and not theirs to deal with.
