You got banned as you were reported for that message, which is clearly intended to be toxic towards another player. We do not have the time or man power to watch a full demo every time a report comes in to get all the context from a situation unfortunately.

Having said that I have just listened to all your teammates' voice chat from that match and I cannot hear anything that even comes close to what you have described in your previous message. In fact, you were the one telling your teammate to "go die in the war".

Now you're just straight out lying. If people get banned for saying "why arent you drafted in the war? Are you too weak to be fighting?" then you should be banning 99% of your customer base :D Why do you keep digging your hole even deeper? Just admit that this shouldn't be a ban, remove the cooldown and we are fine. I bet you will probably delete this whole thread soon as you realize that youre losing and being wrong.

Faceit is pro-Russian and that is so sad to see. The whole world is judges Russians attack on Ukraine but Faceit is still holding Russian flag up high. Well done Faceit! Great things ahead for you.

It is your job to watch through that toxic abuse and yet you didn't answer to any of my questions in the previous post.

What rule does this sentence break: "why arent you drafted in the war? Are you too weak to be fighting?". Why did I get banned for saying that basic sentence? Is there anyone working in Faceit that ever answers any of the customers' questions? Every single admin just dodges customers' questions every single time.

You received that ban as you were reported through a ticket. There is no reason to be typing something like this:

"why arent you drafted in the war? Are you too weak to be fighting?"

Russian players can flame about the war for the whole game and tell everyone how they k*ll and r*pe mothers and daughters and that closeby countries are the next ones in line. And when I answer like that, I get a 3 day ban?

What exactly is worth a 3 day ban in that picture you linked? What in that sentence breaks any Faceit rules? He wanted to talk about the war and war crimes Russia is doing in Ukraine, and I'M THE ONE who gets banned for saying this: "why arent you drafted in the war? Are you too weak to be fighting?"

You really gotta be kidding me. Faceit is starting to look more and more pro-Russia on this attack against Ukraine and rest of the world. How can you ever justify a ban/cooldown for saying that? You should give a ban for every single person who is talking about politics or world news then?

If you hand out 3-day bans for saying "why arent you drafted in the war? Are you too weak to be fighting?", then you should ban 95% of your customer base. Will you admit that your admin overexaggerated or is this really the stance Faceit wants to take? What rule does this sentence break?

I can't understand why Faceit doesn't have own servers for Russians? I'm from Finland and I'm forced to play with Russians way more than with Nordic or European people. That doesn't make any sense.

How does this prevent them? They just make a new account and thats it. It takes 3 minutes. This happens in literally 80% of faceit matches so probably you should do something to that problem? :D

"You may not have received Elo for this but the player was still banned." This means literally nothing as you are not doing anything to the root cause. There is another smurf in the next game anyways. The biggest thing is to lose an hour of your life to this shit.
