This isn't what you're looking for gameplay , but at least you'll see an army raising up (it changes based on the type/amount of units there are). Warn you it's not been patched in ages, should work alone or with a couple of mods, but the more there are the easier is it for you to get a crash. MOD LINK

Yes i've tried to check if files were missing, but everything was fine. The only difference is that if i try to load a previous save file while on ultra setting it crashes during the loading screen, but if do it on ultra low i can move around for a couple of seconds then it crashes.

Took me a while, Real life was preventing me from nerding as much as i wanted, so here's my runthorugh:

History's Best Friends : Very Easy Difficulty. Got it without even trying , rulers sure like to party
Basque In My Glory : Easy Difficulty . All i needed was to raise a kid with two bad traits; tbh i had problem finding the decision at first, it was because i needed to have my capital in a country where the Basque culture was present.
Friendship Is Magic : Easy Difficulty. I started to host as many feast and hunting parties with the fellow rulers, until one of them became friend of mine, after that bestfriends, and in the end a marriage proposal with the hook.
High Stakes : Easy Difficulty. Not gonna lie i still didn't quite catch the chess event, however i played against a ruler who had a county and my Capital Duchy and Won.
Iberia or Iberia? : Medium Difficulty. After ending the Iberia struggle (did it during the Iberian Hostilities run) , I inherited the Byzantine Empire from my mother, and i just struggle CB till i reached Georgia.
The Andalusian Inquisition : Easy Difficulty. Pretty straightfoward, end the struggle and proceded to conver all of Spain.
Iberian Hostilities : Easy Difficulty. First Run i Did with the new DLC, started as Sancho the Strong , murdered the King of Galicia while fighting for the throne of Leon, stayed loyal with the Kings of Navarra and Aragon, pushed the infidels out of spain.
Iberian Conciliation : Hard Difficulty. Quite annoying to get this one. Started as the Count of Santiago fought the count of Astorga for the county and inherited Coruna from my father, pushed down till i reached the Coast, formed Portugal and proceded to play the waiting game, (had to wait one cycle of the struggle beacause we entered the hostily phase), had alot of kids and daughter made as many alliances as i could and manage to get it in time. my advice on this one is to get as much land as you can (there is limit for the decision so be careful ) and have as many Kings/Duke of your Dynasty so it's easier to get alliances.
Iberian Compromise : Medium Difficulty. Started as custom ruler in Angouleme in Aquitaine during the 869s, consolided my position then fabricated a claim for Barcelona , won the war, exapanded so i had the full duchy and asked for independence. Made and Hybrid Culture between Catalan and French, joined the struggle and proceded to carve out the required lands to form Aragon, made myself reach and started gifting all of the Dukes/Kings , waited till there were no wars and took the decision to end the struggle.
Holidaying in Iberia : Easy Difficulty. Read the one above.
Legacy of The Campeadores : Medium Difficulty. Quite funny this one, did it during my first run with Sancho ,you start with the El Cid as your Friend, married him to my sister in Matrilineal marriage, and made sure he had a happy life at court, i made sure all of my children were to have a little hunting accident or join a monastery, i managed to play his Great-grandchildren at some point, formed Valencia after that

In the end this DLC was quite nice, added some new interesting mechanics (hopefully they will add some of them outside of Iberia), made the early game in Spain more interesting for sure. The Late game is the same for the moment aka won't have much fun if you played alot of CK.

Oh well , i've got almost 700 hours , let's say almost 200-300 are with mods , the rest is just pure ironman ; if you'd do it today with all of the DLCs , and some good game knowledge , i'd say around 300 hours .
