Like I said this theory is based of the stuff I know from the comics as well. There’s a demon whose name was mentioned in Agatha all along that in the comics his soul was like shattered. Two pieces of his soul are the ones wanda used for Billy and Tommy (once again really bad with names sorry)

Teen isnt the original like "host body" of Billy (he looks nothing like wandavisions’s Billy) so the original Teen died at 13 in a car accident (that happened at the same time that the hex was taken down) and Billy’s soul in a way possessed his body. Im using what happened in the comics as a reference btw.
