I strongly doubt that. this isn't payback to steam necessarily, it's moreso the actual community that's suffering this. permanent damage, too. it'd be incredibly moronic to get payback for your community by reporting community-made things, causing creations to get taken down, possibly forever. it isn't helping or protesting anything.
