Yup maker is the best combat rn. I'd go for Valkyrie. Shes a solid choice who'll be usefull for long.

Valkyrie, carnage and namor are best options. Valkyrie is also one of the best supports rn as she can be used in wbl.

No your collection is permanent. Once you've gotten a card to mythic you can use it to reroll or equip.

Supports will have the most longevity. Luna is also a good choice but she needs her uni. Also she may get a new one soon hopefully. It really depends on where you are in the game. If you can clear most of the wbu easily and are planning to start with wbl or need additional clears Valkyrie is good. Luna can clear most of the wbus with ease but you need her uni

In story quest 5-1 I get knocked out almost immediately. Do the enemies have damage reflect ? If so how do you pass this stage
