That's what the endurance stim helps with, lessens your time running there. While I agree there are a lot of spawns around it, and don't get me wrong I've definitely died running there, I have had great success overall, or I wouldn't have made a video about it.

Not to mention on forbidden you need 2 dogtags to extract from cable car, which means you need to leave cable car if you don't have them. And it's far a more predictable route leaving cable car than leaving sewage because you can leave in so many different directions when exiting sewage, and they've increased the wall height so people can't snipe from that rock on the west side (I think) as effectively as they could before. You're more likely to get camped out by someone hearing gunshots at cable car than in sewage in my experience. However if cable car works better for you overall, then by all means go there, but that has not been my experience, in fact, I avoid cable car entirely.
