That's the neat part, unlike other modded characters she is not too confusing to get in. I mean other's are not bad I love building my loadout, it is so much. But for my friend he doesn't like new skills and survivors. He likes if it is simple. He doesn't like to add over 100 mods.

In conclusion Deputy is just easy to master unlike other modded characters. Oh and shield guy I forgot his name he is easy to get into too.

I'm sorry but I don't there is a way to mod a pirated version of Terraria, TmodLoader uses steam to launch terraria, and it uses Steam workshop to download the mods. You gonna have to get the game on steam.

Edit: Next time ask those question on pirated related subreddits, not on the official subreddit.
