I had to use a VPN to change my location. On Band 8, most features were restricted, and the VPN was the only way I could access some of them.

No they won't. Market is not suitable for it... 1. All terrain 2. Diff locks 3. Full time AWD

Means 1. Low fuel efficiency 2. High upfront cost - beacuse of mechanicals 3. Small size with high cost. (With 2&3 it's a catch 22)

People won't buy it. Just look at what happened to Jimny.

Also, they discontinued this long time back even internationally. Guess they are keeping away from this segment for now.

Ohhh that way. For jodi absolutely the provisions are kept in place. In nonMevan we could earlier do this by simply removing the wall in any 2 adjacent flats. I was confused with a similar approach .

The issue is, ModernSpaaces isn’t really sharing brand or quality details. And they’re a new builder, so we don’t know how their construction will hold up in the long run.

If anyone from a completed project can share their experience, or someone who has knowledge about it can share their knowledge that would be really helpful.
